The "Kobara Sensor Technology" is a design technology for carbonated drinks that produce a gel that expands in the stomach. Carbonated drinks containing LM pectin foam and gel when exposed to stomach acid, causing them to expand. They do not expand when full (in a weakly acidic state), providing peace of mind. It only requires the addition of a general-purpose thickening agent to the carbonated beverage.
